The newly created Augasorb Parsley Leaf flavour and fragrance ingredient has been produced by a novel extraction method, isolating the definitive suite of aromatic components from Petroselinum sativum, whilst retaining an aroma true to the original material; without the need of traditional methods of production that utilise hazardous or expensive solvents.
This ingredient is ideal for use in many flavour complexes, particularly those requiring a fresh green top note, such as spice or vegetable flavour formulations. In fragrances, it can easily be used for its fresh green top note, or sweet spicy herbaceous character.
